We are promptly moving forwards into 2010, which current technology out you would expect to have great mobile phone network coverage throughout the United kingdom and in fact throughout the globe. I mean look at the current technology of the phones that are in the market at the moment, they are utterly astonishing yet signal and sound quality has got worse. I remember having a phone around 10 years ago, which had amazing sound quality compared to the current day phones. They have literally jam packed it with so many features that they have forgot about the one important aspect that is actually speaking on these sets.
A vast amount of people are already complaining and The Communications Consumer Panel is calling on mobile phone companies to improve the information they give people before they buy a handset and introduce a “try before you buy” get-out clause. Several companies, including Vodafone, O2 and T-Mobile, already allow customers to leave if they are not getting the coverage they expected when signing up.
Personally I am also getting quite fed up with it all, I mean I purchased a new hand set only the other month and I have forever been making phone calls on my journey home, but now when speaking to someone they can hardly hear me and the phone call probably ends up cutting out at least 4 times during a half an hour journey, which is just not acceptable in this current day and age.
The commonwealth needs to alter its focal point on caliber rather than quantity, rather of focuses on great high speeds of broad band and creating new phones ever other day we need to look at getting the mobile communication signal and voice clarification working cracking.
